With our service, you can add as many design requests as you want in your board’s “Backlog”. You can move only one request (two for the SCALE Plan) in the “Current Request” section. That will be the task we will start to work on right away. You will review the design and if you approve it you will move that request in the “Approved” section, then add another request from the “Backlog” in the “Current Request” section. Remember, you also get unlimited revisions on those requests before approving them.

It works the same way streaming services offer unlimited movies limited only by the time it takes to complete them. You have unlimited design requests that we’ll work through one by one, revising each one until it’s approved before moving on to the next.

For simple requests, our standard turnaround time is two business days (48 hours). If a design requires more complex work, it may take a bit longer to complete. For more complex tasks, we will provide updates every few days and request your feedback as we work. This allows us to make sure we’re on the right track throughout the design process. Regardless of complexity, we will always keep you looped in and deliver the finished design as quickly as possible while ensuring it meets your vision.

You may find this intriguing, but Disruptcraft is a solo agency founded and run by Cristian. That means you’ll be collaborating directly with Cristian on your design projects.

Requesting designs with Disruptcraft is flexible and easy. You can make requests directly in Trello by adding them to your board’s “Current Request” column. We also accept design briefs shared via Google Docs, wireframes, or quick Loom videos – whatever works best for you.

The key is being able to link or embed your brief in a Trello card. So feel free to submit requests in the form you prefer – written docs, wireframes, videos, etc. As long as we can access it from your Trello ticket, we can get started on the design work. We want to make the process as seamless and convenient as possible on your end.

While it’s rare, we understand that sometimes a design may miss the mark on fully capturing your vision. Not to worry – with Disruptcraft, you have unlimited revisions to get the design just right. If you’re unsatisfied with a draft for any reason, we’ll go back to the drawing board and make tweaks and revisions until the final design matches your concept and preferences perfectly.

We understand that some months you may only need a design or two, while other times you’ll have more tasks lined up. That’s where our flexible pause feature comes in handy.

Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription. This will freeze your billing and you’ll have 10 unused service days banked for future use. Those days remain available in your account to be utilized whenever you need.

We’ve found asynchronous communication via tools like Loom, Trello and email is far more productive than calls and meetings. It enables both us and clients to communicate thoughtfully on our own time. This saves time, avoids context switching, and creates space for deeper, unrushed discussions.
